Abstract

The tonsillitis problem at the present stage gains the increasing relevance in connection with growth tonsillitis pathology of both local, and system character [3]. There is a number of methods of conservative treatment of the chronic tonsillitis (CT) which basis is the sanifying action on palatal almonds by carrying out the seasonal 10-14 day complex courses including local and the general anti-inflammatory, antisense treatment in combination with various physiotherapeutic influences [5]. Uncontrolled or inadequate application of antibiotics in course therapy of CT promotes decrease in efficiency of its treatment and leads to emergence of resistance in microorganisms. Now it is established that bacterial populations can make biofilms having full resistance to factors, which could destroy easily these microbes in case of their growth in the unprotected, planktonic state [8, 9, 10]. Now one of alternative methods of treatment of CT is antimicrobic photodynamic therapy (APDT), and preventive usage of the enzymes destroying intercellular matrix of biofilms promotes transition of microorganisms to plankton condition that undoubtedly increases efficiency of this method [1, 2, 4, 7]. Fixing of therapeutic effect and prevention of aggravations of CT are promoted by application of probiotics right after APDT session since now their efficiency is proved as immune-biological preparations in local therapy of guttur diseases [6, 11].
