CYTOKINE THERAPY IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF FOUL-SEPTICAL POST-INJECTION COMPLICATIONS OF OPIUM DRUG ADDICTION

The issue of effective methods development of universal immune system correction of foul-septical post-injection complications of opium drug addiction is still urgent. Therefore, the investigating of immune correction action of “Betaleukin” at this pathology is the research objective. The system and local application of “Betaleukin” is carried out at treatment of 36 patients. Efficiency of cytokine therapy is studied by means of traditional assessment methods of immune status. Based on the results of comparison of assessment indicators dynamics of the main components condition of immune system and cellulite factors of nonspecific resistance of an organism the reliable immune system correction effect of “Betaleukin” application at treatment is established at treatment of foul-septical post-injection complications of opium drug addiction.
