At this stage, of course, the innovative vector of the AIC modernization is of great importance. But while elaborating on the development concept of agricultural sector, it is necessary to get priorities straight, both in the long and in the short term. The modernization of the agricultural sector performance sphere is supposed to proceed in stages based on a proper goal orientation.
