Abstract

This Federal law regulates relations in the sphere of social service of citizens of advanced age and disabled people, which is one of the activities for the social protection of population, establishes economic, social and legal guarantees for the elderly and persons with disabilities, based on the need of upholding the principles of philanthropy and charity in society.
