CHANGE OF CONTENT OF MOTIVATION OF THE MUSIC TEACHER

The question of motivation of the music teacher is considered in article. The main problem of research ? definition change of content of motivation of work. A theoretical ba- sis ? the psychological theory A. N. Leontyev and theories of self-determination and internal motivation of E. L. Deci and R. M. Ryan. The motivation is considered the developing, changing structure. Process of change of professional experience changes the leading motives of work. Pilot research is conducted with participation of groups of students, future music teachers, young specialists and teachers with length of service more than 3 years.
