Methods of research using the tools of anti-dumping measures in Ukraine

This article considers allowed by the World Trade Organizationthe protective mechanisms of national interests by the countries in the process of international trade on the modern stage. It is viewed the place of Ukraine in the application of non-tariff instruments in the practice of WTO members and it is also proved some problematic aspects of the anti-dumping measures in Ukraine as the tools of the trade defense.
