Institutional approaches to the organization of complex self-governing social and economic systems

The conceptual approaches to the principles of self-organization of complex socio-economic systems were substantiated. It was proved that determining the functioning efficiency of the socio-economic systems based on the use of a collective organizational and production potential becomes the synchronizer of many approaches both at present and in the near future. Organizational structures of these systems will be guided mostly by the market relations. Quintessence of this approach is a high level of organizational-technological potential of such systems’ manufacturing processes capable to produce marketable products of high demand; both the manufacturer and enterprise-subcontractor possessing this high potential.
