Abstract
The article provides the analysis of the state and law in terms of the changing course of development, the formation of post-liberal political and legal doctrines. The liberal post-Soviet experiment has been proved to be a failure and a danger to the very existence of the country. It is shown that for the purposes of national security and success the country needs a different ideology and order, a different model and appearance.
