Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current Ukrainian and Russian legislations the specific elements of environmental offenses, committed by the subjects of pharmaceutical activities during the process of substandard, adulterated or infringing pharmaceutical products disposal were specified, and also the necessity to enshrine them in special legislation was substantiated.
