Abstract
The contents factors of state regulation of innovative development of the coal industry are considered: investment, industrial and institutional. The influence factors on the innovation of coal enterprises are studied using the method of analytical smoothing of time series. Directions institutional support of innovative development of the coal industry and economic security are defined.
