Modern Problems of Social and Human Development Donetsk and Luhansk Regions and the Prioritets of It’s Solving

Present-day problems of human development in Donetsk and Luhansk regions conditioned by the armed conflict were analysed. It has been concluded that these regions of Ukraine have reduced employment opportunities, poverty spreads, loss of human potential, increase of the number of internally displaced persons, exacerbation of social problems both on uncontrolled and controlled territories of Ukraine. The priority tasks to solve the problems of human development under crisis conditions were grounded.
