The history of philosophy constitute a process that has its origins in antiquity and during the entire development is only the emergence of new theoretical questions. Thinkers are trying, based on experience and personal attitudes, to answer questions that are timely for them. Man is in the process of its integral part and is in direct relation with nature. People are trying to understand the nature of their own existence and also create new social relationships. This creates an environment for civil society in its modern concept
