Abstract
Clinics of 124 patients of different ages were presented. Clinical polymorphism was found in adults in comparison with adolescents. Mononucleosis is more often characterized by gradual onset of disease, later appearance of atypical mononuclear in blood samples, slow regression of symptoms. Septic forms were found more often in adolescents.
