Abstract
Mechanisms of humoral and cell-mediated immune responses to viruses were examined in this paper. Mechanisms of IFN-α/β/γ, antibody, cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, NK-cells, macrophages effects were considered. The methods of enhancing immunity to viruses were proposed.
