Abstract
As the title implies, the article describes method for calculating of the axial arc-stator induction motor with the nonferromagnetic conductive disc rotor and with consideration of the edge effect on the thickness non-magnetic gap. Attention is given to the linear velocity of rotation of the rotor, which not uniform across non-magnetic gap. It gives a detailed analysis of mathematical model of the magnetic field in the non-magnetic gap, on the basis of Maxwell's equations and integral transforms. It is shown that the derived equation for energy engine parameters based on the Poynting's theorem and the equations of the magnetic field. Paper provides valuable information about the calculation of the energy performance of the axial arc-stator induction motor by asking the size of the engine, the value of slip, electrical rotor winding parameters and currents. It is shown that the calculation is possible for any values of electrical conductivity of the rotor.
