Abstract
The given article is a research of how such factors as ratio of raw material andextractant, fineness factor, histological structure of raw material affects motherwort herb ballast and bioactive substances sum extractive power at infusion mixing. It is found that St. Mediafarm ZAO raw material substances extractive power is higher. The St. Mediafarm ZAO raw material has finer comminution and softer histological structure. The ratio of raw material and extractant of 10:100 recommended by the State Pharmacopoeia thirteenth edition at raw material quantity indication absence doesn't provide completeness of substance complex and flavonoids extraction. It was shown that the ratio of 8:100 is more optimal in the case. Keywords
