Research of leadership stance in engineers-to-be at university: the experiment’s results

The article deals with problems of leadership stance formation in engineers-to-be in the course of training-and-education process at technical higher education establishments on the base of results analysis of the ascertaining experiment. On the example of research of leadership qualities in students at higher education establishments in Kharkiv there has been proved the need in forming and development of leadership stance in engineers-to-be in the training-and-education process. In the article there are defined criteria and quotients of leadership stance formation levels in students at technical higher education establishments, selection of methods to examine the formation level of leadership stance components in engineers-to-be has been made, and the analysis of the ascertaining experiment has been performed.
