Abstract
The article provides the analysis of precipitation dynamics on decadal time scales at “Mozdok” meteorological station over the period of 1960-2014. The estimation covers 1961-1990 baseline period of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and 1991-2014 WMO post-baseline period. The annual precipitation normals for decadal intervals of the WMO baseline period are defined and the calculations related to the character of moistening dynamics over the WMO post-baseline period are presented. The presence or lack of trend lines was determined by ? value calculation of Cox-Stuart test.
