Abstract
The unusual behaviour of concentration dependences of aqueous solutions of dipole molecules at high and ultrahigh dilution is explained basing on the ideas of the dielectric polarization phenomenon. At infinite dilution under the influence of thermal energy, the dipole molecules, diluted in solution, generate electric fields, which polarize water molecules that leads to anisotropy of solution's structure and its energy state perturbation. The frequency of electrical oscillation generated contains the information about the structural peculiarities of dipole molecules and performs the detection function of complementary receptor molecule within the framework of Organism's Program Regulation system.
