The old princi- ples of democracy based on the direct processing of the voting results and accounting opinions of society as a medium of the opinions of many individuals begin to work adequately in modern conditions. The result is an assessment not just artificially "offset" from the real result, they are still manageable. This situation not only discredits the principles of democracy, but also creates the ground for the implementation of destabilizing socie- ty technologies.
