Abstract
This article deals with the experience of treating 2 patients with hemophilia A with severe gastroduodenal bleeding. These patients were admitted to the surgical department of Sumy Regional Hospital in 2011. It is shown that the conservative treatment of severe gastrointestinalhemorrage in the patients with hemophilia has its own peculiarities and can be an effective technique using enough clotting factor VIII, conducting adequate infusion-transfusion, haemostatic and antiulcer therapy.
