Abstract
The article is devoted to study biological effects of cerebrospinal fluid of lactate cows with its injection on female and male white rats as a xenogenic medicine. We studied the reproductive systems by physiological and morphological methods. We pointed significant, but reversible inhibitory effect of cerebrospinal fluid derived during physiological anovulation of a donor, we analyzed this effect of the recipient’s reproductive system. Inhibitory effect of cerebrospinal fluid on gonad was identified both in male and female organisms. This effect is reversible and dependable on recipient’s age and cerebrospinal fluid frequency of administration. Thus, the peak changes were observed during cerebrospinal fluid injection in perinatal period and numerous injections. There were the following changes: mating number and sexual motivation reducing; dynamic of estrous cycle and phases of cycle duration; female’s fertility decrease and temporary male infertility; testicles and ovary weight reductions, reproductive hormones level in blood serum, anovulation was caused by artresia of tertiary follicles and structural changes of target-organs for ovarian hormones. The article has validated the hypothesis about absence of cerebrospinal fluid immunogenetic disparity of different mammal species and hypothesis about its contraceptive effect on derived samples during the donor’s physiological anovulation. We preserved normal characteristics of cerebrospinal fluid by intravital derivation, cryoconservation and we did not do filtration. Thus, we studied injected fluid as biological media and the biogenic medicine.
