Theoretical basis of management of competitiveness of enterprises industrial region

The article describes the theoretical basis of management of competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the region. It is proved that increasing the level of international competition, the globalization of the world market, uncontroled penetration of foreign goods on the domestic market and inadequate state of scientific and technical support domestic production competitiveness render management issues to the fore. The key characteristics competitiveness have been discovered. It has been specified criteria and key characteristics to ensure competitiveness. It has been presented characteristics of existing control systems in leading competitive countries. It is noted that increasing the competitiveness of industrial regions of Ukraine needs upgrading each industrial facility in the region, introduction of new equipment, technology, software and computer support, etc. It has been proved that management of competitiveness of industrial enterprises should organize regional management functions and management decision-making phase. It has been determined that at the current stage of development of Ukraine and its regions, a major factor in her recovery would be to increase the competitiveness of industry through the development of modern management. Competitiveness management industrial complex of the region based on evidence-based approaches will improve the state of the industry and improve the socio-economic level of regional systems.
