ENHANCEMENT OF ACTIVITIES OF RPF IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPMENT OF A CORPORATE INFORMATION SYSTEM

The social and economic reality of modern industrial and public organizations delivered them before need to look for tools which will promote effective collection, handling and the analysis of data, overwhelming quantity which come from the different and scattered sources which are base for identification of new knowledge of engineering and social and economic procedures. In article discussed the possibilities of enhancement of activities of RPF through development of the corporate information system (CIS) allowing to unite the automated systems existing in local authorities of the pension fund and to consolidate data in single information base are considered. The paper presents the author's definition of CIS, a description of its composition. The author highlights the main directions of development of the CIS in order to optimize the activities of the RPF, which include the improvement of communications infrastructure (organization of a single communication space), the implementation of operational interaction with public authorities, the introduction of cost-based IT projects. These actions will allow to organize effective professional activity of staff of RPF in the conditions of constantly changing regulatory legal acts, to optimize process of interaction with the population, to automate management of business processes, to consolidate information resources.
