Abstract
The importance of processing industry for the economic development and modernization is explained. The reasons for the folding are explored and the ways of recovering the industrial processing sector are suggested. The opportunities of making the specific branches the benchmarks of launching the new industrialization of the economics in an unrecognized state are analysed.
