Abstract
The paper considers logistics problems of the company, which is maintaining and keeping the federal highways in Nizhegorodskaya region, advantages and disadvantages of the location of warehouses with building materials, estimates possibilities of warehouse location optimization. The specific recommendations about logistic system development of the company, specializing in the maintenance and repair of highways,are provided.
