Pskov architecture school was created in the Middle Ages. These are more than fifty churches, monasteries and chapels in Pskov only. The names of churches with toponymic attributes make up the glossary. The major part of the glossary comprises the pskovisms having local toponymic markers. The glossary identifies the names of churches, forms the basis for further usage in the tourist literature, written in German.
