The theoretical-methodological principles of forming of cluster politics

In a modern theory and practice of regional management a considerable place is taken to such ques- tion, as organization and support of processes of cauterization. In the system of cluster relations the special role is played by support of initiatives from the side of the state, regional government, of local concord bod- ies. Active development of clusters formed the new type of adjusting of this environment is cluster politics. The article motivated and determined the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of the clus- ter policy is an overall conclusion about the underdevelopment of the key provisions of the theoretical gener- alization, methodological guidelines, best practices for effective adaptation and the specific characteristics of individual areas.
