Fiscal capacity of the region as a basis for the formation of fiscal space Ukraine

In this work the theoretical-methodological approaches to determining the nature of the budget capacity region that can provide its structural components. The influence of synergy to create fiscal capacity in the region, contributing to the formation of a stable fiscal space the entire state. It is shown that there is in the same region of a single fiscal policy is due to administrative-territorial and state budget parade. Substantiated that use all potential of the region as framework for the public sector , can not only create fiscal space state but also qualitatively affect its future development
