The idea of the spatial development of Ukraine on the basis of the financial mechanism of the socio - economic development of the regions

In this paper the issues of spatial development of Ukraine on the basis of the financial mecha- nism of regional economic growth. The paper proposes to make normative - legal changes in the activities of the legislative and executive bodies of Ukraine on the basis of the development of socio - economic development of the regions of Ukraine, including the implementation of financial policies. The result of the study is to develop the basic principles of the general strategic framework for regional development of the country. The proposed strategy of Ukraine will form the basic principles of action towards reproduction and conserve resources, problem solving migration and infra- structure support.
