Patoinstituty, patoinstitutsionalizm and modernization of the Russian economy

In article the patoinstitutsionalizm characteristic as perspective direction of the institutional theory is given, the essence and criteria of allocation patoinstituty through a prism of possibility of use of these con- cepts are defined in the analysis of factors and features of modernization of the Russian economy. The expediency of the change in strategy , the development paradigm towards Russia significantly strengthen supervision and management of the commodity sector and heavy industry sectors from government agencies , leaving the traditional market economic principles only in a system of small and medium-sized businesses
