Prospects and realities of development of zoning in property administration of Ukraine

Important role in development of national and regional economy, forming of them market efficiency plays a market. Today in urban areas in Ukraine topical formulation and implementation of new technologies and management tools territories and placed them real estate. Introduction of innovative concept of "zoning" in the regulation process of distribution of land and urban development will provide new opportunities for regional and national economies. In the article the concept of "zoning", its main objectives and describes the prospects for future advances, discussed global regulatory experience territories, highlighted the main prob- lems of using zoning in Ukraine.
