Abstract
The focus of research is the problem of managing a team with different levels of motivation. In this article, special attention is paid to such aspects as the differences between "high" and "low" performers, the definition and understanding of employee motivation levels, the basic combinations of competences of K. Hert and D. Day, as well as the essence of the management of high efficiency and low performance.
