Abstract
Cutaneous horn is a rare noninflammatory skin disease, which is characterized by thickening of the horny skin layer. Clinically it is a limited area of skin hyperplasia keratinized by prominent animal-like horn. Horn may be developed on a basis of various benign epidermal, premalignant or malignant lesions. We consider the clinical case of cutaneous horn at 64-year-old patient localized in the infraorbital region.
