Abstract

Objective. To designate a paradigm of enterprises e-commerce improvement and work out the conception of its development in terms of informative economy and global transformations. Methods. Dialectic method of scientific knowledge and complex of scientific methods, such as theoretical generalization and comparison, graphic, clustering and classification are used. Results. On the basis of principles of walkthrough the necessity of determination is argued, and also the paradigm of enterprises e-commerce improvement that takes into account duality of dominant impulses of development, was offered: adjustment for national influence on the processes of trade and adjustment for internal impulses of enterprise de- velopment.
