Abstract

In the article the relevance and practicability of integrated combinations of all kinds of speech activity in the process of professional training of future philologists at the lessons on practical course of the English language have been proved. The procedural and substantive aspects of the implementation of all kinds of speech activities in the educational process of higher educational institutions have been analyzed. In addition, the features of assimilation of English at each stage, the exercises directed on formation of foreign language competence of future philologists, as well as guidelines for optimizing learning as a foreign language have been found out. It has been determined, that every kind of speech activity has a specific character of psychophysiological mechanisms' functioning, however, they are all interrelated and specified.
