The objective of the article is the substantiation of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations to improve the automation of trade and manufacturing enterprises employee benefits accounting. Methods that are applied in the study are synthesis, critical analysis, synthesis, monitoring, systematization. Results. Proposals to improve employee benefits reflection in the information system of accounting of trade and industrial enterprises are developed using the process approach and modeling. Processing of accounting and economic information are conducted using modern computer technology, including using application package “1C: Enterprise – 8.2 configuration”.
