Abstract
It is considered almost unexplored questions of social results of liquidation of stations of cars and tractors, the middle carried out in line with Khruschev's reforms of the 1950th – the middle of the 1960th. It is given the reasons of the decision of the management to liquidate MTS and to transfer her to collective farms. It is noted that absence in collective farms of opportunities quickly to use agricultural machinery was one of burning issues. The state monopoly and conservatism of management personnel was the cause of such situation. Instead of liquidated MTS which carried out coordinating and administrative functions concerning collective farms, were created new with similar duties elimination. Therefore in them left part of employees of MTS. It were experts with the higher and secondary vocational education. Other part of employees of the disbanded structures, according to the code about work, distributed at will for work in other organizations of system of repair and agricultural machinery production. As a result of such actions I got to collective farms a small amount of technical officers absolute majority from which made practicians. Attempts of the state to change a situation to the best are shined, methods by means of which she tried to correct a situation and their low productivity are shown. It is noted that the right idea to concentrate in collective farms equipment through insufficient reasonableness didn't solve a problem of staffing of engineering service of collective-farm production.
