Abstract
This paper discussesabout Drug abuse is happening right now is a problem for International and is an extraordinary crime as well as transnational crime with consideration of impact they cause, prevention of the abuse of narcotics in Indonesia continues, Indonesia is one country in the world who face danger great against drug abuse so that the Government of Indonesia declared emergency narcotics. Law enforcement has not been able to provide a deterrent effect against the perpetrators of abusers of narcotics so that the victims of crimes against drug abuse in Indonesia is increasing, the study of comparative law needs to be done to find a solution to these problems is to conduct research on the legal system of the country of Malaysia to lowering medicine abusers in Malaysia.
