Abstract
The ubiquity of software systems based on the use of finite element method (FEM), allows the calculation and analysis of the difficult of buildings and structures. At the present time, with a few exceptions, mathematical or analytical models have no connection with the physical. As a result of using a lot of time and may cause errors when manual labor to create a calculation model. When using Building Information Modeling Technology (BIM), including, solved this problem by creating a physical model of a building or structure that has the possibility of presenting in an analytical form.
In the article the basic stages of working with the analytical model in Autodesk Revit program. The sequence of stages and the description of the basic tools and opportunities provided by the program to users.
