Abstract
Due to the "traffic tsunami", which is coming in the near future, and due to the need for adequate operation of network infrastructure of communications service providers the new decisions and technologies have to be implemented in the networks. It is suggested to create networks on demand and networks with programmable parameters; to use cognitive radio and other.
