Abstract
This article describes the technology of hermeticity control based on check of control gas escape (helium) which is contained in products. The issue of ensuring productivity and profitability of such system work is investigated. The conclusion is drawn on expediency of division of the hermeticity control section into the subsection for long run control, and subsection for search of defective items in party with revealed escape. The developed method of identification of the flawed items in party with revealed escape based on usage of the geometric progression principle is described. Existence of two types of flaw is stated – casual flaw and flaw connected with failure in system work. The flaw type determination method is suggested.
