Abstract
Many highly-nourishing concentrated complete feeds are expensive that naturally increases their prime cost. For the solution of these problems in this work the technology based on modern achievements of biotechnology is suggested, it is direct bioconversion of secondary raw materials in complete protein. This operation is carried out by microscopic filamentous fungi which eating cellulose, accumulate proteins, fats, vitamins and digestive enzymes.
