Abstract
The article deals with the notion of professional reliance and its determinants. The theoretical analysis of the main approaches to studying professional reliance, according to the results of which determinants can be presented by various personal characteristics, their symptom complex, social and psychological phenomena, organizational events and interconnections between them.
