Abstract
Nowadays, one of the tourism activities, which has become an integral hook and a mandatory requirement in all modern and dynamic society, is a halal tourism that emerged by the demands of those who want to live their religious sensitivity and holiday travels within Islamic rules. Halal tourism that has the business structure that can respond to the demands of the existing potential, it is observed that in the last period halal accommodation concept that allows to guests fulfill the worship, men and women tourists with individual activity areas, as well as the mixed beaches that can be used by families with clothing appropriate to Islamic rules, and halal food-beverage services created great interest and demand. Tourists' who prefer halal hotels, in addition to factors such as appearance, flavor and being healthy, production and service are also in the expectation from food-beverage services that operate in hotels. Thıs study was conducted to uncover the expectations from food –beverage service and satisfaction condition of tourists that are preferred halal hotels.
