CLINICAL HORMONAL PECULIARITIES AT CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS WITH GRAVES DISEASE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF SEVERE IODINE DEFICIENCY IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
Thyroid hormones play a special role in regulation of growth and development of an organism. 28 children and teenagers with Graves disease were observed. At 25 % of them arrested physical development was noted, weight deficiency at 46.4 %, arrested sexual maturation at 28.6 %, menstrual disorders were noted at 30.4 % girls with thyrotoxicosis.
