Abstract

The article is sanctified to the question of the use of method of structural analysis of causally-inherited connections at the exposure of factors that influence on forming and maintenance of quality of grain-growing foods. The aim of researches was construction of causally-inherited model of forming of control system by quality by means of diagram of Ishikawa. A causally-inherited diagram is a graphic image that in a compact, logically well-organized form represents influence of different factors on end-point of process. By means of diagram of Ishikawa it is possible not only to define composition and interdependence of factors that influence on the object of analysis but also educe relative meaningfulness these. On the basis of researches, working out in detail of causally-inherited diagram, in the total certain factors of firstorder, that influence on forming of quality of grain-growing foods (quality of raw material, development of compounding composition, technology of production, equipment, organization of labour) and factors that assist maintenance of quality of foods (terms of storage, transporting and realization of products), is conducted. As a result of authentication defined the factors of the second, third and next orders, that influence on quality of products. Established that quality of raw materials such as grain depends on its consumer properties and efficiency of its subsequent processing (drying, cleaning), storage and transportation. In developing the new grain product should also take into account technological possibilities of production; degree of mechanization and automation of the process; the use of modern technological scheme of production; features of the supply of raw materials, components, materials; the possibility of using existing equipment, its setup and resupply. With technological position as the most important factors are the factors forming quality due to the technical condition of its equipment capacity, metrological support, availability of documentation. It is important not only to develop and produce grain product with improved consumer properties, properties important to keep data on all goods movement stage. In this case, the manufacturer must pay special attention to compliance with the conditions and requirements for transportation, storage and sale of goods. Developer product must not only develop a product with improved consumer properties, but also to develop and implement all necessary measures to effectively bring new products to the consumer. The article, based on the construction of a causal model of quality management system using diagrams Ishikawa proposed marketing activities aimed at informing about product features, to create sustainable demand for the new product, as well as measures that will push potential consumed to purchase. The got results give an opportunity to the producers effectively to manage forming and maintenance of quality of grain-growing foods taking into account the features of production, economic feasibilities of concrete enterprises, organization of advancement of commodity and realization
