Abstract
Much time is spent on a solution for the ongoing improvement of production in the agricultural commodity production. But the main factor for scientists and agricultural workers is to increase the improvement and cheapening their products. Therefore, much effort is spent on it, to thoroughly examine and analyze in the first place to help animals in a Superior perevarevanii food and its digestibility. Many years ago, already it was to identify scientists that produce enzymes that cancer is a major success factor in the digestion of animal, so the enzymes they produce are at the forefront for success in the obtaining of additional profit. The synthesized enzymes than a year to help mankind to simplify the production of animal products, but their number and variety of left a lot of work for the employees of this industry. Therefore, we had to choose one of the areas that could potentially show high levels of fattening pig. In carrying out our experiment, we introduced into the diet of pigs enzyme preparation "Lysozyme". Previous analyzes of this enzyme have shown that this drug is a protein origin, and does not provide for a taksichnih action. This drug is injected in several stages of animal development, conducted for this surge period, and all indicators viyavlyali of relativity in the control group, which was not the action of the drug. The test was conducted in the economy LLC "Avangard-D" Ovidiopol district of Odessa region.
