THE INFLUENCE OF IMMUNE SYSTEM STIMULATION WITH IMMUNIZATION ON VACCINATION EFFICACY

The method for the increase and stabilization of the immune response to vaccination, with the combined use of a vaccine with immunomodulator, has been investigated. As the latter, the sublingual form of the immunostimulating preparation based on RNA was used in our experimental studies. The data show that the combination of the RNA preparation with the specific inactivated vaccine “SalmAbik plus” exerts the reliable protection against salmonellosis during the experimental prophylaxis. Thus, the findings testify to the prospect of the combined application of vaccines with immunomodulators.
