Abstract
261 adolescents of both genders aged 14 living in Khanty-Mansiysk had ECG and EchoCG and thyroid ultrasonography. The results had shown that cardiac arrhythmia rate in children aged 14 is 19.9 %. Cardiac arrhythmia is more frequent in boys than girls of the same age are. The warning of forthcoming rhythm disturbance cardiac conduction defect in adolescents without statical cardiac pathology are mitral valve prolapse, false chords of the left ventricle of the heart, interventricular septum and / or left ventricle posterior wall thickness > 9 and 10 mm accordingly; left atrial enlargement > 30 mm. Adolescents with rhythm disturbance often have focal and diffuse changes of thyroid, which should be taken into account at making an examination plan for adolescent with rhythm disturbance.
